All tour are quoted net in US$. Tour price does not include airport departure tax, meal nnot listed, optional tours and personal spending money.
(3) Payment And Deposit Requirements
For reservations made more than 30 days prior to travel, a 15% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payments is due 30 days prior to travel.

All reservations made less than 30 days prior to travel must be paid in full at the time of booking.

(4) Cancellation Fees

23-30 days 30% of the fare
12-22 days 60% of the fare
4 -11 days 80% of the fare
within 3 days of travel 100% of the fare
All rates are quoted in United State Dollar(s) or equivalent currency.
5. CHILD RATES :75% with Bed sharing with 2 Adults.
:50% without Bed sharing with 2 Adults.

Third party liability is covered by a Myanmar Insurance Enterprise, Government recognized (Myanmar international Insurance Co-operation .J.V. of Swiss under writing.) ration Insurance policy can be presented on request.
(8). RESPONSIBILITY
ZayKabar Travels & Tours Ltd, acts as intermediary between concerned Travel Suppliers with regard to travel by railway, motor coaches, motor boats, aircraft or any other means of transport. Therefore, it is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accidents, delay or irregularities sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the tour programs.
