Rules and Regulation
(1).	Mya Yeik Nyo Royal City Club membership is transferable. The administrative charges for transfer will be 10% on membership fee. The management of the club reserve the right to cancel any membership, whose monthly subscription is overdued for 12 months and above.
(2).	Members must carry along their membership card with them at all times, while in the club, to be accorded member's privileges,. Membership card is strictly non-transferable.
(3).	Children under the age of 12 years, shall be accompanied by their parent or guardian within the club compound.
(4).	Each member is allowed to bring one guest only to the club Members shall be fully responsible for their guests' conduct and activities in the club. A guest accompanying the member has the same right in the enjoying facilities accorded to the member.
(5).	Decent and proper attire should be worn when utilizing the various sport or / and games facilities observe the individual sport / game rule and signs prescribed for the participants.
(6).	The management reserves the right to withdraw the use of any or all facilities as and when required without prior notice.
(7).	The management reserves the right to amend the rate and charges from time to time and the decision of the management in this respect shall be final and conclusive.
(8).	The club is not under any liability or responsibility in respect of personal injury or loss or damage of personal property of the members and their guests while attending the event at this club.
(9).	Members or/and their guest are advised not to take out any of the equipment of accessories. Such as Billiard ball, Gold ball towel, glass, etc belong to the club.
(10).	Normal practice of decorum and sportsmanship is expected from the members and their guest.
(11).	Any complain on club facilities or service should be made directly to the management or manager on duty.
(12).	The management of the club reserves the right to terminate membership for any breach of rules regulation laid down by the club.
