A Valid passport Entry Visa is required of all visitors. A tourist visa allows a stay of 4 week, extendible of an additional 14 days. A Business visa allows a stay of 10 weeks, extendible to from 3-12 months on a case-by-case basis. Visa on Arrival is granted on prior arrangement.

Customs
Foreign currencies, jewelleries, electrical goods and video cameras must be declared at the airport. Export of antiques and archaeologically valuable items are prohibited.
Duty free allowance ; Tow bottles of liquor; two cartons of cigarettes;100 cigar, 105 lb. of tobacco; one pint bottle of perfume or eau de cologne.
Currency
Myanmar currency is the kyat. Currency notes come in the following denominations; K. 1000, K. 500, K.  200, K.  100, K.  90, K. 50, K 45, K. 20, K. 15, K.  10, K.  5, K.  1 and  Pya 50. Visitors are not allowed to bring in or take out Kyats.
Foreign Exchange

Foreign independent travelers (F.I.T) is required to exchange US$ 300 for foreign exchange certificate (FEC) on arrival at the Airport. FECs , equivalent to US dollars, are issued in FEC 20, FEC 10, FEC 5 and FEC 1 denominations.

FEC are accepted by hotels, airlines, travel agencies, taxis, restaurants; and as payment of admission fees for museums, and  pagodas. FECs can be changed for kyats at market  rates at Authorized Money Changers.

Taxi Bus
No taxi meters in Myanmar and fare must be negotiated before beginning of the trip. Public buses are plentiful and offer a cheep albeit crowed alternative to Taxis. The problem is knowing just where the bus is going.
Airport Departure Tax
There is a departure tax of 10 USD/ pax payable on international departure only. There are on taxes for domestic flights.

As soon as we obtain the above personal details, we'll send the letter (To Whom It May Concern) Which you've to bring when you come to Myanmar. Show at the transit counter in order to get the permission for the embark on board. Please bring 2 passport size photos for the visa. The Validity of arrival is 4 Weeks. We need the complete personal details at least 7 days (if possible, we prefer two weeks aheas.)
